What we process: each attendee’s name, email address and phone number (if given), their seat, and the time of booking and of check-in. Anyone who enters other attendees’ details is responsible for having their consent; everyone receives their ticket at their own email address.
Why: to keep track of bookings, to send your ticket and event-related messages (confirmation, waiting list, reminder, programme changes), to check tickets at the door, and to report attendance figures to our funders. We do not send newsletters to these addresses.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you book, which you may withdraw at any time.
How long: at most 24 months after the event; after that, personal data is deleted automatically and only headcounts remain.
Who has access: only organisers appointed by the organisation and the volunteers checking tickets. We do not share the data with third parties. The system runs on the hosting provider’s server in Romania.
Your rights: access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent, at maros.emke@gmail.com. You may complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
